Services & Contracts for Stratas
We will come to your property and take measurements for the area of your lawn, garden beds and hedges, and the total amount of small, medium and large trees and shrubs. From this, we will give you a monthly price to maintain your landscape at the level you have chosen.
We provide contracts which form a written agreement of our business relationship. Included in the contract are information on your chosen level of maintenance, corresponding site visits, green waste recycling options, payment options, and termination agreement.
All work is performed on weekdays within restrictions of municipal bylaws. Any work on the weekend will be by permission of owner. Requests can be made by phone or email for work to be done at the next visit.
We provide a written report for each month with the dates of each visit, tasks completed that month, and work projected for the coming month. These may also include suggestions for improvements to your garden.
Payment Options – Contracts
All our contracts are pre-quoted with equal monthly payments through nine months, while the level 1 contracts have an additional 3 equal monthly payments over the winter. Invoices are sent out two weeks prior to the 1st of each month, and payment is due on the 1st. Payment can be made by cheque, debit, or credit card. Many of our customers prefer to give post dated cheques or to pre-authorize regular credit card processing. Find more info in Payment Options
